Along with owning his own brokerage firm for 7 years Phil Grant holds 22 plus years of experience for two of Chicagolands most prominent brokerage firms, including Baird & Warner, as an award winning REALTOR, Director of Recruiting and Training and Managing Broker. In addition, his background of over 40 years of sales and marketing gives his clients peace of mind knowing Phil has the skill set and knowledge to get their real estate transactions completed. As a native and long time resident of McHenry County, Phil is uniquely qualified to represent his clients when selling, buying and leasing commercial and residential real estate.
